VENICE AND BEYOND

This is an  amazing tour opportunity for the artist and non artist to travel fully guided through Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia and ending in Italy. It was a great chance to sketch, paint or photograph. We travel from Sarajevo, along the scenic coastline of the Adriatic Sea from Dubrovnik, cruise on Lake Bled in Slovenia and sit canal side in Venice. There is time to explore wonderful old cities such as Dubrovnik and Venice.   Non painters are kept busy with  fully guided tour of sights, museums, galleries, cafes and markets while the painters are hard at work. 

This tour explores and sketches the Silk Road from Beijing to Kashgar in western China. Highlights include: Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors,Gobi Desert, Beijing Hu Tongs, Mogao Art Grottoes, Gobi Desert landscape, Sketching in the Forbidden City, Kashgar's Sunday Market, Li River cruise, Zhujiajiao canal town, Shanghai Acrobats, Calligraphy School. The tour cost is $5490 (twin share).
